DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:

1. Duly filled and signed Admission form (provided by school).

2. 3 nos. of Passport size photographs of the ward.

3. 2 nos of Passport size Photographs of parents.

4. Date of birth certificate issued by government.

5. Previous Class Marksheet (for class II to IX).

6. Original Transfer Certificate - Previous School (for Class II and above).

7. Aadhaar Card of the child & parents.

8. Supporting prescription of medical history, if any.

9. Caste certificate.
